@bleedn Run the installer and on the first screen, click on Options.
Remember that unless you use the Standalone/USB install mode, only the installation directory will be on the other drive. The profile directory will be wherever your %appdata% or equivalent is set to be.

I had the same problem and for me it helped activating and then opening My Flow on the side panel. You may also check if you have your account activated and that you are logged in at www.sync.opera.com
