@leocg - Yes, it's enabled under settings

@LiliWater - I believe the option is in the settings and not within the pop-up

Refer the Video Link for screen recording with option enabled.

Tried this on Opera Stable 99 (normal instllation), Opera Beta/Dev (Portable Installation), on Prime Video, and other Indian OTT platforms too.

@tormit Just want to confirm that this does work! Thank you very much it was anoying me quite a bit.
Opera GX has no sound after downloading a Mod then relaunching a few days later.

@rickwasalreadytaken try to go to mods and check all of the boxes. maybe turn off any other mod that might be in the way.

Still not working & I don't have any other Mods.

@thatguywithadhd Same thing is happening to me, almost daily, though I don't need to go to the store to re-enable them, I just go to the extensions menu but still it's pretty tiring to have to do it again and again.

I managed to fixed it by giving Opera the authorization to use login data stored in Opera safe storage by going to the Keychain and giving Opera access to it....

Opera had kept asking me to do it previously using pop up messages and i kept ignoring it, till it never showed up, then i had to do it manually as mentioned above ...

I hope this message could help ppl facing the same problem as well ...
