High proc usage even with Opera GX Limiter

An Opera user since version 3, I had switched to GX because Opera was overloading the CPU up to 100% peaks. At first the GX limiter worked, but now it doesn't. Impossible to avoid overloads. So I went back to Opera to see and, strange, this is the solution, the load is normal. Is it possible that there are uncontrolled interactions with the latest updates of W10?
