@coutoamaral If you have no way to prove it is your account, then of course no one can help you. Sorry, but that's how it has to be, as otherwise we can't tell you're not a hacker trying to steal the account.
@leocg Thanks for the prompt reply. As was explained, there is no reset passphrase button on the sync.opera.com webpage.
However, the reset was already successful. What I didn't know was that I had to sign out of the browser for the reset to take effect. It turned sync on straight away upon signing back in; however, I now don't recall it asking me to create a new passphrase! 😲
@leocg Hi Leo, I think i figured it out. and sorry for the double post. I though it my first reply didn't go through so i re- typed it. when it comes to all this, it can be a little confusing!! But anyways, Thanks for the reply!!
Scroll down to the botton! and you will see the choice for do it. 'Delete my account' ... follow the steps, and confirn if you're sure you do not want it anymore.
