Despite I don't know about your request, (either if Opera for Android has DragonFly) AFAIK DragonFly exists only in Opera (Presto) not in the newest one Opera (Blink), if you need DragonFly (on desktop) you should search and Download Opera 12.xx (Presto).

My phone is not rooted yet. I will think about rooting but it will take me some time to read into that topic. If I root my device I definitely will tell you, but it may take some weeks.

ARC Welder is basically an extension for the Chrome Browser permitting to run Android apps on any host system, which would also allow the use of O4A or OMini under Windows (from XP to 10), macOS or Linux from within the Chrome browser.

Sadly this seems to depend on proprietary Google code, so not working with Chromium/Opera etc.

I guess this is a bug in opera, I have the same problem too. Hopefully there will be a bug fix for this otherwise I will switch back to the Samsung internet browser with working ad blocker

the problem is:
in opera web you can enter two passwords:
one for your account and one to encrypt your synchronized data
current problem with opera mobile is:
as soon as you encrypt your synchronized data on web, opera mobile does no longer synchronize any data any longer
** reason is probably cause it is not possible to provide the password for the encryption on opera mobile, so it would be good if opera mobile devs would add this
