@sgunhouse Why not? In Windows 7 there is no such problem because button is round. Large icons on taskbar is standard configuration and it is always 40x40 pixels on any device(i have checked it). I know it can be hard to do, it's only a suggestion.

i know that the middle mouse-button opens a new tab, but in my opinion it would be
more comfortable when bookmarks would open in a new tab.
for example: open more bookmarks from the bookmark-panel before reading them ...

But anyway, its not so important, its just a nice-to-have

@guilherm456 have you tried the web panel extension?

might be a solution for you. it's an excellent add-on, which allows you to open any webpage in your sidebar. it allows to bookmark pages as well.

There actually is a titlebar in Linux? With MacOS, I see tabs in the space where there should be a titlebar.

All we want is side tabs and maximum vertical space. Why is it so hard for browsers to give us this simple obvious feature? First Chrome gave it and then took it away. Then Opera gave it and then took it away. Guess I'll try Firefox Quantum...

@leocg Apologies - I disabled my extensions and cleared my cache and the videos didn't autoplay - although it looked like the video was downloading in the background judging by the bandwidth used.

It seems the adblock plus extension is allowing the videos to autoplay. Unfortunately, adblock is pretty much the most essential extension to have an acceptable web browsing experience, so disabling it doesn't seem to be a good solution. I'll send them a message to see if they can help.

Yes, it does. But I expect a left click to do the same. When your email client launches, it does not close the current tab, so I would expect the webmail to behave in the same way.

@sgunhouse That was my point. THEY changed it and I have NO say. They need to let the USER decide what's best for the USER? If the USER has no say, then why is there a forum for suggestions? Also, the settings did NOT change but the behavior has. So why have the settings not changed? In other words some things in the settings are bogus now? lol Makes no sense. It reminds me of the websites that say you are using Chrome, please us IE or something else. Yet is not Chrome number one in the world? So those websites are choosing what browser I have to use? lol I think it's time to rethink even being online anymore. I'm only on maybe a couple of hours at best, but chopped up into 15 minutes here and there.

Maybe there is a "Parental tab grouper" extension.

At the other hand, if did not found any SpeedDial sepperator replacement, file:///C:/ or file:///C:/Users/Public/Desktop/ may help you - or the equivalents for your OS -.
