Not even sure if it needs to be an option. Left-clicking works as "open". "open" in the context menu could probably just be removed. The downside though is some users are probably use to right-clicking and choosing "open" and would miss it.

@neoseo Usually it shows up because the site allows using Google to sign in and I guess most people sign in using Google.
And those who don't, most probably keep signed in to the sites they visit the most and don't keep seeing such pop-up.
