Check your extensions, if you have uBlock or other ad blockers installed, they may trigger the blocking. Furthermore, apps like I don't care about cookies cause such problems. Try to unblock this page in the settings.

@leocg Yes,I have try. Start the connection, opera desktop stay in waiting for any few minutes. After on opera android report connection failed. While opera desktop report operation successiful. In fact, on opera android there isn't synchronization. This procedure fails every time.
