OS: Ubuntu 20.04

speechSynthesis and SpeechSynthesisUtterance are not defined, what I tried:
- install speech-dispatcher, espeak, python3-speechd and libspeechd2
- start opera with --enable-speech-dispatcher flag
But none of these solutions work.
