Firefox and Chrome do this. What browser are you going to use then? Internet Explorer? Oh wait, it does it too through Windows Update, which defaults to automatically install. Guess you better stop using Windows too. In which case you're on the wrong forums.

I work 7 days a week up to 12 hours a day. I do not have the time to 'read the forum.' That's a pretty hostile response.

You also treat yourself in a hostile manner. But I'll give you the fact that to search the forums you must have a bit of tech knowledge as the built-in search field is basically a broken attempt at something useful.

Backup/restore is fine with the same account, but if you actually have to reinstall Windows or migrate to a newer system they will be inaccessible.

I just figured out how to fix this.
Go to opera://plugins and disable pepflashplayer321600280.dll

Don't need to disable it, just enable HTML5 player in youtube.com/html5

Two things to mention here:
first yes there is no possible way to remove the default search engines in the shortcut menu... on the UI.
Still there's a json-file in %opera-install-dir%/%your-opera-version%/resources named defaultpartnercontent.json.
Find your location (e.g. "de" for germany) and remove the search engines from there. Than the key is free for use again.
Also I'm pretty sure it was possible earlier and the reason opera removed it because of security reasons is pretty strange. What security reasons should that be?

Hi sgunhouse,

Do you know of may be magic command to set the desire fonts in M2 ?

I know :

=Range next line & delay, 200 & email increase text size & email increase size & Toggle style bold ..etc.

I understand I could have to use nircmd to open font dialogue............ go to end..... previous item, previous item...etc.

If M2 have some magic settling so that during "range next line & toggle style bold " I can also ask M2 choose fonts say " Tahoma" ?

The lack of menu bar is an annoying trend on PC's now. Just out of interest, Mac is different and due to the way the OS is designed, has the menu bar.

Try the "Bookmarks Import & Export" extension from the Opera extensions catalog. Its very useful for exporting bookmarks as it allows for a few different kinds of formats.

Given that it says "predict network actions", it seems likely to me that there's more to it than just burning bandwidth to open a list of links.

Opera delete them automatically ?

Opera checks automatically if something must be refreshed or removed from cache. If a server says: cache my content for 1 month, Opera does that; if it says for 1 year, Opera caches for 1 year.

it is wise to delete Opera cache after a week or so

Why wise? Why do you want to delete manually?

You can clear the cache manually with Ctrl+Shift+Del.
