@armani86 If you mean the Speed Dials, go to Opera://bookmarks and check Other Speed Dials
@drkduncan It's happened a few times with me. Sucks. I eventually installed Tab Session Manager extension for such incidents.
Also Undo Closed Tabs might help.
Opera annoyingly removed this feature about a year ago.
On my smartphone, I don't have any tabs that were "in the cloud".
Bookmarklets don't seem to run on the opera://flags pages.
@darkatoms Doesn't seem to be a Opera feature. Probably something from the site or from an extension.

It can be Local State too.
@leocg sync is completed, but I'm not sure it happened itself or I did it. sync page kept showing error 500 or error 400.
but eventually sync completed successfully.
