  Hello, I didn't see any other way to report this bug, and the support link from within Opera Mail invited me to search/post on the forums.

  Opera Mail isn't being developed anymore so reporting a bug won't help. There's no where to report one for Opera Mail anymore anyway.

  For support, you just have these forums (prefix thread titles with "Opera Mail - " please and post the thread in the appropriate Windows, Linux or Mac forum) and the operabrowser reddit and maybe irc.opera.com.

  Not a different slant as it were. Simply put, you could have said that the next version of Opera should have this facility... period... instead of bad-mouthing the developers and expressing YOUR beliefs regarding their ability or lack thereof.

  There have been a number of reports that AVG has not played well with Opera, at least in the past. I know it was definitely an issue reported with Presto Opera at times. The problem seems to be episodic in time... that is, there will be spells when users report it, and periods when they don't. Usually it seems to have to do with over-aggressive heuristic detections of behavior or with a "bad" set of signature updates. There are also some other anti-malware software that seem to create Opera problems or peculiarities, Vipre being one of them.

  Right click on "spam" > Properties. There you'll find a setting to turn off the spam filter.
