thank for your help.I went to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and get a exe online installer.My internet is slowly so I opened temp folder and found:https://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/flashplayer/pdc/18.0.0.209/install_flash_player_ppapi.exe.
Cool.Ppapi and npapi.Npapi 18.0.0.209 is my version.Now I know npapi for firefox and npapi for opera.I realized Adobe has change flash plugin.I often get plugin from:https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html.It gave me only npapi.That's the problem.
You are great.Thank again.
I never uninstall opera even though I have to switch to html5 to watch video on youtube.And I prefer scroll bar of Chrome to Opera.

For me the recent tabs menu shows my last 3 windows, my last 10 closed tabs in the current window, and all open tabs in the current window, in that order.

Please add this feature, so easy to click it by mistake when there are a lot of tabs. Plus, so easy to middle-click to close.

No problems here but you need to set it at Control Panel.

As for Opera not being released yet,it has gone out but not officially to the public.I was using the internal release for a while and got the option to upgrade which i did,and there will not be a RTM either it is being released as is, build 10240

Usually the software houses only start to prepare their programs to a new OS when it reaches a RTM stage. So probably Opera is starting to prepare Opera for Windows 10.

Looks like I've found what's causing the issue.
It's the Adguard extension.

Removed from Opera and now everything is back to normal.

It's not possible. You can hide it in settings after have enabled power user mode.

This does not work.

If I close my main window (with most tabs) first, and then the second window, opera won't show all the "recently closed" tabs from the 1st window, leaving me upset ...

This is a major bug, I lost my workflow several times because of this : pinned tabs, etc.

Would be nice if it could be configured to put in general or logo or capture web and leave the rest of possible images as optional. It would be much better for people who have many links.

For someone who is a dedicated Opera follower you surely are not aware of Operas development.

I may be aware of it more than you think.

A while back Opera has introduced a "feature" on mobile which displayed discover content on the speed dial of the cell phone

I know that and this is exactly what i've said is completly different of what your screenshot shows. At least on my version of Opera for Android.

It looked exactly the same as it looks on the screenshot I took from my desktop installation.

As said, they may be doing A/B tests and it may explains why some people are not seeing the same as you.

Shortly after it was added, they removed it, due to the negative feedback.

Opera Mini seems to still have it.
Some places where it says you can download opera is a LIE.

Well I got a malware warning from Opera 12.17 on both of them, followed by a blacklisted site warning from Trend Internet Security, so be careful!

They do look legitimate I agree, but I wasn't too keen on exploring them any further than the first page!

Opera have mouse gesture for opening new tabs in foreground
right click link and pull it down

...I personally hate it because it fights with new tab gesture (easy to trigger it accidentally)

I made extensions for dragging links with left mouse button, and you can customize it how it behaves (active or bg, different for up and down)...

I decited to use the sixth solution, switch to the new Opera, which have lots of disadvantages but also some advantages. Without able to read websites sometimes or having maybe only one font is no solution for me.

I wonder, because the problem started just out of nowhere some weeks ago and is on most websites. Maybe one of the webfont services changed something.
