@AlexanderKamp If you just want to save the websites you have open, the easiest way is to export your bookmarks. Go to Menu, Bookmarks, then Export bookmarks and save the file. You can import that file into another browser.

If the browser keeps crashing, you can also copy your Opera profile folder to be safe. On Windows it is usually under AppData Roaming Opera Software. Close Opera first, then copy that folder.

Tell the technician that Opera is crashing and you need help backing up your open tabs and profile before uninstalling.

Sometimes the VPN toggle does not show right away. Make sure Opera is updated, then tap the profile icon and scroll a bit because the VPN option can sit lower in the list on some phones. If it still does not appear, try switching to private mode once. This usually makes the VPN setting show up again.

@Zunbileg On a Mac it’s basically the same idea as profiles, Apple just calls them user accounts.

If you want a separate space for work, gaming, or someone else in the house, go to System Settings then Users and Groups. Hit the little add button, pick the type of account, give it a name and password, and you’re done.

Each account stays completely separate, so it’s a simple way to keep things organized.

I’ve run into this with Opera before. In my case it was just the browser getting stuck. Clearing the cache and opening wp admin in a private window fixed it instantly. If that doesn’t work, try turning off Opera’s built in ad blocker because it can block some WordPress login scripts. Usually one of these three solves it.
