I want to add to this, that every time opera updates, I have to add the new address of the new opera.exe to my mouse and keyboard profiles, to keep my custom button settings from working in the application switching profiles.
Please keep opera.exe in the same place through updates!

Opium's crash reporter and autoupdater can be deleted to prevent them from sending anything. They seem to be active only while Opium is running.

Most programs are now downloading data and updates without asking. I had a recent version of µTorrent attempt to pull something fom WindowsUpdate, so it's not that strange that Microsoft is contacted.
