Finlly I was able to maky synс work by removing all from the first laptop, reset Opera from scratch and then everything started to work

The problem has been solved by downloading updated Flash Player (install_flash_player_ppapi.exe)

It doesn't roll to update out to everyone all at once, it would hammer their servers. Its pushed out over a number of days. If you can;t wait then download the update from the website.
