Opera 32 is not updating to Opra 33 automatically

I wonder, why do I still have following
Version: 32.0.1948.69 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)I understand that I can download and update but it's interesting why it's not updating itself?

It doesn't roll to update out to everyone all at once, it would hammer their servers. Its pushed out over a number of days. If you can;t wait then download the update from the website.
