I just tried playing https://www.twitch.tv/riotgames and https://www.twitch.tv/dakotaz at the same time and they both play. Switching between them doesn't cause one to pause. I even just started with one of those and then opened a link to the videos section and picked another video and the new video played without stopping the one that was already playing.

Win 10 + Opera 64.0.3417.61 64-bit.
