Potato PC mode

It would be nice if Opera had an option to disable all animations, and performance hungry features (including video/gif auto-play) for less powerful PCs

Open Downloads as sidebar

In opera GX there ia a convenient button in the sidebar for the downloads list, this is an essential feature, but if you click the button, downloads opens in a new tab, it would be nice to have them open in a sidebar.
