When you install Opera Blink for the first time you should see a dialog asking if want to import some of your Opera Presto data.

If it not happens, just start Opera Blink once with the parameters --presto-small-prefs-dir=ROAMING_PROFILE_DIR' and your bookmarks, passwords and SD should be imported.
