I finally solved the problem, the path to the file causing it is:
C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Local Storage
With Opera closed, I deleted this folder (Local Storage) and the problem was solved. If you have a similar problem, first backup this folder and then delete it.

I've installed the old version, I'm using Linux, I won't update Opera anymore.
This is a great nonsense, they are removing beautiful features.

I've been using Opera for 20 years, but I'm leaving now.
Working on Linux, netflix doesn't work, spotify doesn't work, amazon prime video and drm videos don't work, normal flash videos don't even work
