hello I just tried to install Opera Dev version 22.01460.0
but I find that there is no option to install to portable version why has this been discontinued. I was able to install Portable with the last few Opera Dev. versions

Please add the ability to choose background color as in the Old Opera. the white Flashes in between page transitions is annoying on the eyes when using custom style sheets. and this bug has never been addressed in chrome for over 4 yrs now.
