Yes, same to me. The page keep crashing. It's so frustrating that with a problem solved (see my other thread) another one comes in. I thing it's something related to the replacement of the file libffmpeg.so that I usually overwrite for make the videos play on Opera. I've noticed that even Gmail page keep crashing, it's so odd and irritating. Someone can check if this file is responsable for the crash? Thanks

@gmiazga said in opera-stable 80.0.4170.16 Does Not Launch:
@brucehankins Opera 80 needs codecs with built for chromium 94, any previous versions will be incompatible. I think that using codecs you mentioned in https://repo.herecura.eu/herecura/x86_64/opera-beta-ffmpeg-codecs-94.0.4606.31-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst should work.
Thanks! BTW, the link seems broken. This is the right link:

Prime Video: no HDOpera for Windows
Hi there,
I'm unable to watch Prime Video in HD with my PC. I'm using Opera 72.0.3815.207 on Windows 7 x64. The video is played in SD, and there's no HD option on the left bottom of the screen. On the upper right, quality setting is on the maximum quality. I think this may be a bug because Opera is simply ignoring the HD stream. I tried with Microsoft Edge and there is no problem at all... The video is correctly displayed in 1080p. What can I do? Thanks!

[Solved]Menus with black bordersOpera for Linux
Hi there,
I just made a fresh install of Opera, version 78 on Linux Mint. I'm an Opera user from decades and this never happened before. Menus have large, black borders. This is a screenshot I made to show you the problem, the blue squares are made by me to protect my privacy
What can I do to remove this annoying black border?
Thanks!
