It says it is uploaded when I want to import passwords with CSV. But the passwords are not loading. Opera GX and Opera both have the same issue.

I reset my computer because of this problem. It still did not improve.

I am now using "Chrome" because of this problem.

Opera does not save my passwords. I cannot import passwords. I can transfer bookmarks but not passwords.

What's the problem ? I don't understand why this happened.

Can someone who knows help me?
