Might not work for you but, Press the overview button, square one, press and hold on opera logo and and it should show the information icon on the right side and thats a shortcut to app info.

Did you give it storage permission in app settings?, It doesnt ask it you must grant it

They updated the software and did alot of improvements but there is still no password management.

With tablet ui there is 3 over flow buttons, the data saving is in settings.requires 3 taps to that option.

I cant paste to address bar if phone is in landscape, it just vibrates. Been a bug for a while now.

I haven't experienced this with any other browser, Still occurs with android 7.1, but it was fixed with a custom rom.

Are you signed into opera sync?, It may show on your opera desktop browser.

There is no password manager with opera,
You save the password when it prompts on certain sites,thats it.

I get this issue too, it happens when i accidentally keep one finger on the screen and its acts like im selecting text, but the page will slowly scroll down, sometimes to the sides aswell, and the only way to close tab is to press back, the other option is gone when you hold the back button to exit

I dont think you can, try disable opera and see if it continues, otherwise i think another app will takes its place.what version of android are you running

Do you have google now installed?, Otherwise that hotkey is used by opera. I recall this setting on custom roms when i disabled google app.

Did you enable storage in app info?, Otherwise you cant download, permissions all off by default for me

That feature is gone on my device also, there is another thread complaining about it. Nothing shows up when i long press back.

I can't get the paste command to display after long press, it just vibrates on the URL bar.

So I either put it in portrait mode or Google.com then paste it there because of it.

I cleared app data, still doesn't work its been broken for a while now since update.

Version 37.02, current one as of 27th sept

On certain websites like on reddit and while typing this, I accidentally hold my finger on some text and it will select it but on some sites the selecting option gets really buggy,
On some sites the screen will scroll up and won't allow me to navigate and that over scroll shadow will get erratic, so I have to close the page with the back button if I cant close the tab, other times the scrolling is bad, you cant fast scroll, you have to keep dragging in the direction you want.

I tired to paste reddit link but it broke fast scrolling for this tab and the tablet ui header is now getting erratic and flickers

With android dev touch and pointer location settings it doesn't register any strange issues so its app related.

Its been a bug for a long time for me.

I had received hints and tips from opera mobile before on my taskbar about the data saver feature, it seems to be in actual app itself, if the browser is on standby for sometime possibly, I had my spare phone without sim receive it and my phone while I leave data on.

You can you disable chrome and try it, I have never tried fun OS but it's based on 5.0 lollypop.

If you have rooted or unlocked the bootloader you could delete chrome from private apps or move it to user apps.
