Opera the default browser on a Vivo phone. Can it be done?

I have a new Vivo phone, V3 Max, works great, but how can I make Opera my default browser rather than Chrome?

I have installed several default manager apps, but they don't do the job. "better open".

What version of Android? In most recent ones, when you are asked to choose which app will open something you can select between "always" or "only this time" and if you choose "always" then that app will always be used to open that file or protocol.

You can you disable chrome and try it, I have never tried fun OS but it's based on 5.0 lollypop.

If you have rooted or unlocked the bootloader you could delete chrome from private apps or move it to user apps.
