Dang, got rid of a laptop, then added another laptop, then got rid of that and got a better laptop.
When I first posted I had 7 devices at sync.opera.com. Now I have 9.
This is long standing unsolved.

I have 7 devices listed at https://www.sync.opera.com/devices but I only have two of them.
How to get rid of the deprecated ones?
Opera One(version: 117.0.5408.228)
I asked about this 4 years ago and didn't get an answer then.

@leocg said in "This version is no longer supported" message on Google Calendar:
@rif Current version is 117, maybe that's why you are seeing that message?
That was it. The bummer was that Opera would not update itself. Had to uninstall and reinstall again.
@bantikilugai I've been on chess.com since 2012 and have played 50,000+ games (Yep, I'm addicted). Never had any problems.
Just went to https://calendar.google.com and I see this message at the top. Anyone else seeing it? I'm in Calendar multiple times a day and have never had a problem. Opera One(version: 113.0.5230.47). Did not change anything since I was at the site this morning.
@leocg said in Can't connect to Flow:
@logojk Try using www.opera.com/connect to connect.
Haven't been here in awhile and thought I would check it out and find a solution for Flow not staying connected for me.
Did a search on "flow" for the past 6 months and there is just a ton of bug reports on it.
For me, Flow is always on and working on my phone. But every time I go to the desktop its not connected. So I thought I would try what you suggested (Pretty sure I've done this in the past with no success).
So I went to opera.com/connect on my desktop and connected right up no problem. Then went to right to Flow on the desktop and its not connected!
So I had to scan the QR code again from the Flow dialog to connect. And it does and now I can access Flow on the Desktop. But it won't last, in a day, week, month, etc I will try and put something into Flow on my phone and then check the desktop and will have to reconnect.
How to get to Aria Compose or Refiner window?
How do I get to either of these windows?
)
I'm an active member of chess.com but I get an error on trying to access this in the left side panel.
@leocg said in Created a search but doesn't work:
@rif Did you check in opera://settings/searchEngines to see if everything is correct for that search engine?
How am I supposed to know if its correct or not. I assume its not correct as its not working. I did look at it. My only option is to click the Post checkbox but when I do that it won't let you save it.
I've created a search at https://www.hockeydb.com by right clicking in the search box and creating the search.
My shortcut is h but whenever I do in the address bar "h soo greyhounds" it just brings me to a google results page searching on the term "h soo greyhounds."
Can anyone confirm or know of a fix?
This used to work for quite a few years but I haven't done a search here in a couple of years.
Not sure how many of you were using M2 last year when it stopped working with gmail and yahoo. I was one of those. I've used a couple of other mail programs since then and have been very unhappy with them.
So I took another look at why it wasn't working.
Gmail, I do have 2 step verification turned on. What you need to do is to generate an "App Password." This will be used by M2 to access your mail. You can find info here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en
Yahoo mail. pretty much the same scenario, you have to generate a password for M2. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN15241.html
So at the moment I'm hoping I can continue to use this for awhile.
@teknomobil said in Cleaning list of synced opened tabs:
I finally solved the problem, the path to the file causing it is:
C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Local StorageWith Opera closed, I deleted this folder (Local Storage) and the problem was solved. If you have a similar problem, first backup this folder and then delete it.
Yay, this solved this problem for me also.

Works in Edge, IE, Chrome, Firefox
No I'm not going to make a plain jane Opera install to check this.
Damn, as a thought I went and turned off ad blocking and tracker blocking.
Come to find out I only needed to turn off tracker blocking.
I did go to chrome and typed in chrome://chrome-urls
and from that list I tried a few in Opera and I they worked.
I was just more curious about it then anything.
@leocg said in What's available when you type opera:// in the address bar?:
@rif It would be chrome://chrome-urls (or opera://urls) but it doesn't work.
Hmm, so is there another way to get a list?
@leocg said in When you click the heart in the left sidebar I want full bookmark view:
@rif In sidebar settings.
Solved!
What's available when you type opera:// in the address bar?
I know a few like...
opera://activity
opera://history
opera://extensions
Is there a switch or address that lists them all?
When I click on the heart for my bookmarks how do I set it to always open in Full Bookmark view?

Opera can't display this page. Google Chrome and Edge just can.
Opera 78.0.4093.171
the url is
https://ign-esp.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer3d/index.html?id=7c1fe45540bb4ac0a5b7d6bcb3a96bfc
It works fine on my Opera 79.0.4143.66 with a 1/2 dozen extensions.
