That's not a bug, it's a new thing added with an update.
It returns to your theme's color once you press on the icon, it's basically a better indicator to let you know that someone went live.
@yeps Check if this option is enabled, if it is, disable it.
@kotsapl This happens when you have limiters enabled, Opera snoozes tabs that are not being used to save resources. There should be a notification to let you know a certain tab "was snoozed to save resources" with an option to disable snoozing.
You might have clicked on "Don't show again" before, and that's probably why you're not getting the option anymore.
@setarip do not use 2 adblockers at once. Also, switch to uBlock Origin for the time being.
try updating your lists at opera://settings/adBlockerLists
if that doesn't work you can try using uBlock Origin
