@leocg Opera One most likely. Whatever the default web browser is. I've had the same browser installed since I built this PC almost five years ago.
But I've been using Opera for 20+ years. Back when Opera was its own separate thing, and great for video streaming and flash. But those days are long gone. Now they're adopting all this AI and Crypto stuff, I might have to find a new Browser.
I use my browser for Netflix. I just go to the top and type in net, and then it autofills Netflix.
But recently in the last few days, it has been auto filling to some Crypto trash website called Neteller.com
https://www.neteller.com/en/?btag=a_104927b_3766c_&program=ntaffiliate
That html at the end, program affiliate, means that Opera is doing it on purpose.
I have literally never been to this website in my life until today.
And it can't be X'd out for autofill. (But Netflix can.)
What is going on with this trash?? Deleting its cookies doesn't even get rid of it.
Stop trying to push your crypto trash on us.

It may be a bug. If you open the content in a new window to save it, it gives you this warning. The landing page for the site works. I have the setting turned OFF to block insecure content, and it still won't go through.

I really hate coming back here, guys.
But it seems like you're messing up every update.
A website I've used for years without an issue is now giving me a Fraud update.
Imgur.com, a famous image hosting website for Reddit, somewhere I go to for regular content, is now giving me random fraud warnings. This is after an update this evening after dinner, and it was fine all day before. So I can surmise that it absolutely was the update.
It's getting harder and harder to continue using Opera, if you make it this difficult to just enjoy the things we want to. Like Twitch, and now Opera.
The option to ignore the warning is completely broken, and doesn't work.
It's My Computer, if I get a virus or malware, it is my fault.
Why in God's name do you care about fraud and where I go? Makes me think you're collecting a bit more data than I am comfortable with.
I've been an Opera using for over 20 years, and it's getting harder and harder to keep using these days.

In which country was the update?
Here in Germany i still can't collect Drops.
I live in the United States. An update for Opera just rolled out about half an hour ago.
I went to Twitch, signed in, and it worked.
But, I also cleared my cookies for Twitch a few days ago, so you might still need to do that later when the update rolls out for Germany.
Twitch is now working today after this mornings update that just rolled out.
@leocg said in [Compilation] Browser not supported message on Twitch:
@makoruu If you go to a page and it says that your browser is not supported and don't let you do anything, then the page is basically blocking that browser. That's simple.
See, that's what called an assumption.
That is what you believe, which may or may not be true.
It could just be a bug with Opera. Twitch is not necessarily blocking Opera on purpose, for what reason? Because it doesn't like Opera?? There is no direct evidence.
You can't just make baseless accusations, especially as a forum moderator. People will think that is real when it might not be.
@leocg said in [Compilation] Browser not supported message on Twitch:
@makoruu But who said anything about blaming anyone? It was said that Twitch is blocking Opera and the message shows it
There is no evidence supporting that Twitch is intentionally blocking Opera.
Just that some code is misswired somewhere and it doesn't work. This happened before several years ago.
Opera even uses Chromium. Twitch is not out to get Opera. You're making it seem like they're intentionally doing this to hurt Opera users.

For testing i unfortunately logged out at twitch, and tried to login again yesterday. Just see the screenshot, it's in german. So you better do not logout temporarilyTranslation: Your browser is currently not supported
Yeah, it says that for everybody. But I don't think Twitch is blaming Opera. I haven't seen anything to that effect, anyways.
@leocg Can you link it? Or screen cap it?
I don't see anything and I've been watching Throne and Liberty videos for the last couple of days.
@leocg Do you have proof of this? Because that's a strong accusation, friend.

@madarauchiha310 Some things that you may try:
ā Go to twitch.tv site
ā Click on lock icon
ā Go to cookies
ā Delete all twitch cookies
ā Refresh site.
ā Do Not Go to twitch extension, just refresh twitch.tv site
ā Accept cookies
ā login on twitch.tv -to extension and login too - it will pass
You can also try going to opera://browserjs, disable it, login to Twitch and enable browsers again
Some people said that turning adblocker off helped
Thank you it worked for me.
I tried this twice and it didn't work for me. I never got an accept cookies message. Even tried Control F5 to refresh the cache.
Just dropping in to also say I am experiencing this issue. Started a couple of days ago while I was trying to get Twitch drops for Overwatch.
The new Opera is hideous, and has lost all direction. There's no way to change the look or the UI, and the stupid grey boarder is still there that blocks the mouse scroll wheel.
The AI is annoying, and all these features are superfluous. I turned them all off immediately.
I couldn't stand the new UI so I went back to Chrome.
@kingfish84 Yeah, it's horrible. I can't stand it.
I use a lot of scrolling websites that use the mouse wheel. Facebook, Twitter, Imgur, et cetera.
This is one of the worst theme designs I've ever seen for a browser as far as functionality goes.
@ghost-walrus All the way to the left or right.
I have a habit of putting my cursor to the side when scrolling through websites like Youtube and Facebook.
And now there's stupid god awful border around the entire page that is a complete and total dead zone. The scroll doesn't work if the mouse is touching it.
You can't retrain twenty five years of muscle memory to fix something like that. I've started using Chrome against my will, and I'll stay on Chrome until they change back the theme.
I've been a loyal Opera user for almost thirty years. This is horrible.
@leocg Until they add a new shell or theme for it because the use for the new Opera drops to half its normal use.
@leocg So basically just "Download an old version and go without updates and security fixes."
Cool, I'll just use Chrome until they fix it.
