@RedJacK89 You can disable the "Specific keywords" flag at the URL opera://flags/#specific-keywords and restart Opera if you haven't. Don't know if that will help.
You can goto the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData, switch to "advanced" and clear "Browsing history" and "Download history" for all time. Then, for extra good measure, goto the URL opera://about, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera and delete the "History" and History Journal files in the profile folder. This will only help though if the entry is stuck in history for some reason. If you get the entry in a test standalone installation, that's not going to help.
