YouTube is also laggy for me with flash-player. I set the default player for youtube to Html5 and it works great.

After a long pause the sync service is back on the default "stable" version. It's very ironic how the start page is the SpeedDial and that's the only thing it doesn't sync. I personally don't care and don't use bookmarks, since i can organize all my pages, just fine, in folders on SpeedDial. I saw on the developer version (29) some pretty cool stuff coming, but please include in the sync also the speed dial, so i don't have to manually save the favorites.db file, or give more options how to set the start page.

Ever since version 27 came out the thumbnail loading on speed dial, at start up, has been awfully slow. It loads the images one at a time. On version 26 it was all there at the start, no loading. I found something related on the forum, and tried to work around with the: opera://flags/ -> experimental start page - enabled, but it doesn't work.
There have been 3 or more patches since 27, some issues got resolved, but this didn't. If some developer sees this, please work on it and fix it in the next patch. It does not impede the performance or navigation, but it gives the browser a slow, clunky feeling.
