For me it's not only with YouTube - it looks like any pages with Flash are not loading, it's as if they start loading, then encounter Flash and stop loading. I'm also using the latest Flash version: 13.0.0.206, Opera version 21.0.1432.57. Reinstalling Flash didn't help.
