If you have Windows 7, put Opera on the taskbar, and if you right click on it, you get an option New Private Window. That's the way you should open Opera. You don't have to open Opera regularly to do that. You just open Opera as a New Private Window from the taskbar.

Problem seems to have been solved, after i enabled the mobile network 9device was on flight mode previouly0, however i did not use any data from the mobile network, it was wifi that was connected, thank you for the support!
