I am a daily Garuda Linux user for quite a while, I'd love Opera GX.

I have an extension that changes the Wapp background, so extensions do work on the sidebar. Keep in mind that the sidebar uses the Messenger. com messenger, not the FB Inbox messenger. Anyway, you need an extension to affect the Messenger. com also, not only FB. I think that'll do the trick.

I find the spaces very aesthetic.

Probably through local cookies of your searches, check that.

Or just drag the file into a new tab. Works with many kinds of files.

Most of the time while using Opera, I very often use my mouse to click on the Messenger / WhatsApp icons because I am chatting while doing stuff. I kinda forget about the Instant Search feature because I use my mouse all the time to go to those icons, and so I use it on tabs too naturally.

Our brains also perceive the Messenger / WhatsApp icons as tabs. I would use Instant Search a lot more naturally if I could use it to switch to those too.

So my suggestion is that if you type WhatsApp / Wapp / Mess / Messenger, for it to show those as Tab Results (even though they are not), and to be able to open them as if you cliked on them. I hope you understand my suggestion.
