This is useful but when you use the shortcut, all the sessions (Whatsapp) get closed. It should be nice an option to hide this bar but not closing it as this. One method could be like the Windows bar in which if you put the mouse there, it appears. At least a shortcut that dont close the sessions. Tahnx a lot.

I disagree personally. I find the sidebar very "future and gaming-esque". The only downside is that the different sidebar icons doesn't suit the style of the GX sidebar. Someone did ask for other GX styled icons, but moderator @leocg said (in Opera GX styled icons for WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and VK?):

It could lead Opera into legal issues.
