@janmlar If you want your current desktop Opera to be the main seed (I guess you'd say), you can try the following:
Sign out of Sync on all devices.
In your desktop Opera, goto the URL
opera://about, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera and delete the "Sync data" folder in the profile folder. Then, delete the sync.opera.com folder in the "IndexedDB" folder in the profile folder. Then, in another browser, log into https://www.sync.opera.com/ and choose to reset your passphrase to wipe out all your Sync data on the server. Note that this won't reset your Opera account password. It'll just wipe out your Sync data which will include wiping out your custom sync passphrase if you were using one.
Then start your desktop Opera, log in to your Opera account, enable what to sync on the
opera://settings/syncSetuppage and close the sync setup page to initiate syncing to make that Opera the first to sync. That should make it so syncing other Operas doesn't wipe out any of your stuff in that first Opera where things from all Operas should sync well. But, no guarantees and always make backups and export things first.
In other words, you can start over with Sync like that to fix issues with old data being stuck or data on your desktop Opera being wiped out by other devices. Sync can go crazy sometimes.
However, that won't magically make speed dials from other devices sync the way you expect. You still have to goto the URL
opera://bookmarksand copy over speed dials from other devices to your "speed dial" folder if you want them to show on the start page in your current Opera.
Thank you!!
(still: why dosen't Opera that has the best customizations do a simple "button" for this!!
