A ugly solution thats works for me. I use "taskkill" in a shortcut in my taskbar.
ex. I have three monitors where I have Opera open....I press the taskkill (that I made to force close opera), next morning I start Opera and they start on all three at the same time.
One click to stop and one to start and I don't need to move tabs around.

Can Opera be started in Multiple monitors?Opera for Windows
Is there any way to start opera on 3 monitors/screens with one click.
I have a pc (win10) and 4 monitors connected and now when I start opera it start on one screen....then a have to take a tab and drag it to one of the screens and then again to the other...
Would be nice if there was a way to get it started on 3 (or 4) of my screens at the same time with one click.
