in stable and beta users must enable flag to see improved bookmark pop-up

In the warning page click on "why this warning is being show"(or something like that), check who have blacklisted the page and contact them about it.

Go into settings and change your keyboard shortcuts so Ctrl+Space is no longer used to bring up the speed dial.
