Doesn't play well with one of my settings. Looks like hot garbage. Options screen doesn't look anything like the picture above. The settings I can get to appear to have no effect.

Speed Dial is not showing. I get a completely blank screen. I checked my Settings and they should be on my page. Started this afternoon.
This just started for me as well. It only occurs during start up. The page will eventually load, but before a few hours ago, it would pop right up whenever I started Opera.
