thank for your help.I went to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and get a exe online installer.My internet is slowly so I opened temp folder and found:https://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/flashplayer/pdc/18.0.0.209/install_flash_player_ppapi.exe.
Cool.Ppapi and npapi.Npapi 18.0.0.209 is my version.Now I know npapi for firefox and npapi for opera.I realized Adobe has change flash plugin.I often get plugin from:https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html.It gave me only npapi.That's the problem.

I never uninstall opera even though I have to switch to html5 to watch video on youtube.And I prefer scroll bar of Chrome to Opera.
