Flash plug in run 100% CPU

I have a new problem.My CPU run from 80-100% after installing flash PPAPI 18.0.0.209.What's wrong?

Probably just a heavy video.

I have compared Opera with Chrome.It seems Chrome is better.Browser and plug in 18.0.0.209.Maybe adobe has changed something

Probably flash is not using hardware acceleration.
