WHY??? Was there something wrong with the way it was???? This is not an acceptable change. Not at all. You know.... "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Seriously, this is crazy having to do an extra step to see your favorites list. Sorry for the rant but dang it, this is just plain wrong.
I too would like to know how to turn off the popup Lucid Mode notification. It is most annoying to me.
I am trying to set up a Chrome browser to match my Opera browser. I have the Chrome browser set up with the FVD Speed Dial and I want to copy or import my Opera speed dials to Chrome which is using the FVD add on. Is there any way to do this?
@leocg Well thanks to burnout426 posting the link to the update page, I finally found the X which was on the opposite side of the page. Being that I was removing the icons one at a time, I never saw the X on the right side of the page. I'm glad this is resolved. Thanks for the help.
My Opera browser goes unresponsive if I leave my PC for a few minutes without any activity. When I come back, the page is still there but none of the links or buttons are responsive unless I reload the page or end up having to restart the browser entirely. What is up with that?
@passenger-chi, Yes, I did notice that too. I also noticed that the Lucid Mode creates artifacts such as light pixels on some videos too. I honestly do not see the use for Lucid Mode myself and there should be a way to turn it completely off if desired to do so.
I need to do a clean install of my Windows 10 and I would like to know if there is a way to back up the entire browser and all of my bookmarks and settings all in one package. I just want to be able to reinstall it after I'm done with the clean Win 10 installation as easy as possible and to get back online as fast as possible. Thanks.
I installed FVD Speed Dial and I cannot find a way to make it the default browser window. I have Opera as default but when I start the browser I get the the normal Opera browser and not the FVD Speed Dial browser. Also, I would like to know how to use the animated backgrounds in the FVD Speed Dial browser as well. Can either or both on these options be activated? Thanks.
@NickyT I just posted a question about the same thing. I am glad you added the screenshot. This is very annoying and I hope it is fixed soon.
Thanks again. I couldn't see the forest for the trees. I finally figured out that I needed to do a restore down to the browser to see the desktop so I could drop that icon on it. I'm just used to doing a right click to add a shortcut to the desktop as I did in IE11.
Thank you very much for that information! I hope that it will speed up the process of setting up Chrome. I am having to use Chrome to view many of the demonstration videos I encounter on a lot of websites like Amazon. So many of them will not play in Opera. But I still prefer Opera to let you know.
Thanks for the information and your time gathering those links. Yes, I can play a lot of files on line such as files on the SoundCloud website but I want to listen to some mp3 files in a forum I hang around in but I always have to download those, listen to them and then I have to go to my download folder and delete them. That might sound like a trivial thing to most but if I find a lot of mp3 files I want to listen to then it gets to be a hassle.
Yes, the override option would be very nice for those files. Hopefully, someone is watching this thread that can make that happen... and soon.
Thanks anyway. I guess it is going to take a while to create the FVD speed dials one at at time by copy and paste. But, time I have as I am retired.

So, I came here looking for a solution to this and I found the "Solved" thread on this which did not tell me anything other than the OP had figured out a solution on their own which was not shared. So here I am asking the same question. How do I stop the unwanted "Continue Shopping" speed dials that occur every time I visit Amazon.com? Thank you.

Yes, the save to .pdf option works fine. I have had to use that in the past and then print from the .pdf file. At this point, I am completely stumped as to why the print preview button still does not work when all of the other options do. There must be a setting somewhere on my laptop albeit a Windows or Brother setting or maybe a security setting that I cannot find that might fix this. At least I have found one way to get the page printed. Thanks for your help and perseverance in working on this. 
@violetphoenix Thanks for the tip. But I have decided that it is what it is and I can't change it so I will learn to live with it. But I still think it was an unnecessary change.
If I want to listen to a music file on a website or forum, when I click on it, the file is automatically downloaded instead of having it simply played instead. Is there a way to have a choice of either downloading or just playing the file? This also happens with some pictures as well. I would just rather have a choice in what is downloaded to my computer.
