Eventually, it works for me now. I didn't do anything additional, just keeping my Android and PC browsers updated and now Flow works fine for 3 deviced.

I found a solution th the problem described by OP.
When your phone is on the "Follow thee instructions on other device" screen, just press the "Overview"(switching apps) button and force-close Opera. When you relaunch opera on your phone, flow should be already connected.
It worked for me, it may not work for you, but i'm trying to help as much as i can.
Can't do this with more then 1 PC. On 1 PC it worked great, but on second - just log-out right after scanning the code.
Flow is totally broken. Even if it works once, then it will log out your from Opera account so your sync will turn off and you have to log in every time after using Flow.
Unfortunally, Opera team just ignores this problem.
@bothpills what if it's PC opera logs off? Android and other PC are on the link all the time, so android Flow always connected, but the second PC logs off.

You're absolutely right! Not using flow keeps log in correct. But... how to use Flow then? So sad ^(
Same here, 3 divices, 2 works well (pc and android) and on laptop - infinite logout. Such a mess

I am using Opera browser on my PC, Android phone, and laptop. While on PC and Android, everything seems to be working fine, and the synchronization and flow are smooth, but on my laptop, I am getting logged out every couple of minutes or after restarting the browser. As a result, I have to log in again and set up the synchronization and flow. I have already tried resetting the settings, creating a clean profile, and reinstalling the browser, but none of these steps have been effective. I am using Windows 11, and I have not used any clearing utilities like CC Cleaner. Can you suggest any solution? Thanks!
