@portamento Problem solved: 1) I went to https://sync.opera.com/web/; 2) I clicked on "Reset Passphrase"; 3) I re-started session in laptop and smartphone to activate synchronized.

Everything is now synchronized, even passwords.

Sorry for my previous message and the "resurrection" of an old tread.
