You can manually edit Preferences file in Opera profile folder (%appdata%\Opera Software\, "toolbar" key inside, Opera must be closed, make backup before!!!), but be sure to understand what you are doing before editing your Opera profile 🙂 Single misplaced character may kill your Opera settings.
