It works without a problem here. Did you try to use the WhatsApp on the sidebar? See if it works to connect through there and if it does, use it or if you really want to use in a tab, try to enter the web.whatsapp.com again. Since the browser is already authenticated, it will probable work.

I already tried to hide and show it but nothing seems to work. I don't want to change browsers, but I guess that I'll have to do that. Opera support is super bad.

After the latest update, I now have a dead space in the left corner of my screen, where the side bar should be (I disable it).
Any clues? I can't click the first folder of my favorites bar, the go back butotn and the menu button.

@leocg that does work if you only have one social tab, but I have several. When you have multiple it opens one of them, and then if you hit the hotkey again it just cycles through the rest of them. It's a solution to the opening the sidebar, but not a complete fix unfortunately

Anyway, it does cycle between different but there's a way to hide and don't cycle.
When you press Ctrl + Shift + M, it opens and if you keep releasing and pressing M, you will cycle, correct? To close, all you have to do is release for a second (or less) all the buttons not just the M key and press them again. You will see that this closes the panel.
Unfortunately I don't see how to assign a hotkey just for closing, you have to do this
@Castlemilo yes, they fixed the typing and are offereing us the possibility to change between those sounds but the sound that it makes when a tab is open is now weird.
I hope they add the same option to change between the different sounds.
I had no problems with sounds until the last update (which I just did today, don't know how long it was there).
This last update changed the "tab open" sound and now is super weird. The old sound was like something growing or opening and now is simply a boom (or something like it) and is super weird.
Had to deactivate this sound but I miss it... who would imagine that I would miss something like this
@lincolnpires I did both... on the "https://web.whatsapp.com" I can record without a problem but on the WHatsApp in the side bar, I can't.
