The new sounds in the update are cool and all, but what the heck happened to the typing sound? I loved them, and now they're all messed up and disgusting. Please change it back.

Yep. I honestly rather change to the old update just to actually have the old typing sounds. It's literally so messed up.

I hope they add an option to change the sound. The typing sound is so weird and I really don't like working in the online version of Microsoft Office anymore. Why even change the sound when no one complained about it.

So they've actually added an option to change the typing sound. I remember I liked the old one better, but I don't even remember what it sounded like anymore to know if we got the same sound back.

I had no problems with sounds until the last update (which I just did today, don't know how long it was there).

This last update changed the "tab open" sound and now is super weird. The old sound was like something growing or opening and now is simply a boom (or something like it) and is super weird.

Had to deactivate this sound but I miss it... who would imagine that I would miss something like this

@Thrashinuva Yep, they added an option to get the old sound. It definitely is the old one, and it sounds so much better. Glad they fixed it.

@Castlemilo yes, they fixed the typing and are offereing us the possibility to change between those sounds but the sound that it makes when a tab is open is now weird.

I hope they add the same option to change between the different sounds.
