I use YouTube Vanced or NewPipe instead of browser for YouTube background playback. Way much better.

RE: [Solved]Opera Failing to MinimizeOpera for Linux
Okay, until this gets fixed, the only workaround I've found out for KDE users is going to the KDE System Settings > Window Management > Window Rules and create a rule for Opera forcing to enable the KDE tiltebar.
(Switch to Yes from what you see on this picture)The KDE titlebar works fine, but as a con you'll get a second titlebar up the native Opera one, as seen here:
The images are from a 2018 post about the titlebar, but the workaround still works on newer versions.
https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=111&t=153878I know it's ugly to have the titlebar enabled, but at least it works, until it gets really fixed.

RE: Audio Indicator // Nano Adblocker crashes OperaOpera for Mac
I installed the same extensions (Nano Adblocker + Nano Defender // Install Chrome Extensions) on the Opera Developer edition version 64.0.3396.0 and the problem is not showing. Does that means the problem will be solved in a future version of Opera?

Audio Indicator // Nano Adblocker crashes OperaOpera for Mac
Hi, I am using Opera for Mac 62.0.3331.101 on Mac OS X High Sierra 10.13.6 64-bit.
If I use the browser without any extension activated, the audio indicator is not present and nothing happens when, for example, I play a YouTube video.
However, if I enable Nano Adblocker, the audio indicator appears in the tab, and if I hover the mouse over the tab, the browser crashes.
As far as I can tell, the audio indicator is not a part of Nano Adblocker, or any other Ad-blocker extension for that matter. So I don't understand why it only appears when I activate this extension and why it makes the browser crash.
I tried with enabling/disabling opera://flags/#enable-audio-focus-enforcement but nothing changed.
Any solution to this problem will be kindly appreciated.

RE: Opera 55. Getting rid of that ugly CSDOpera for Linux
@ivarzlv said in Opera 55. Getting rid of that ugly CSD:
I am using Kubuntu 16.04, after Opera update to the 55.x, I cannot normally use developer tools anymore. I am working with two monitors and I am always detaching developer tools so developer tools could be on one screen and webpage on another.
After detaching developer tools (to be in a seperate window) everything is fine, but when you are trying to move seperated window somewhere it loses title bar (see attached image). It's super annoying and it's hard to work with a bug like this.
P.S. After update to the 55.0.2994.44 the bug is still there.
I have the same problem on Opera 56.0.3051.31 in Kubuntu 18.04... waiting for a fix on this important issue!

RE: Opera menu not showing on sidebarOpera for Linux
I have updated to the latest version of Opera and the problem persists, is there going to be a fix for this?
It's very annoying to have to deactivate the sidebar everytime I need to access the Opera menu and viceversa.Would be nice to know at least why is this happening or how could it be fixed, at least temporarily.

RE: Opera menu not showing on sidebarOpera for Linux
I can confirm that if I open Opera as sudo the O menu is shown.

RE: Opera menu not showing on sidebarOpera for Linux
No, there is no way to access to the menu with the sidebar activated.

In Kubuntu Linux I'm still having the problem mentioned above.

I cleared my cache and restarted the computer and now it's working, I guess something was corrupted in the cache files.
Thanks anyways.

Opera menu not showing on sidebarOpera for Linux
Hi,
I am using Kubuntu 17.04 with Plasma 5.10.4
I have installed Opera 47.0.2631.55
If I have the new sidebar activated all the icons show except for the Opera Menu one.
If I deactivate the sidebar, the Opera Menu shows but obviously I can't use the new sidebar.
How can I fix this issue?
