Nope.

Well, in the latest Beta version, on the "Other speed dials" tab, you can right click on a folder and click "remove device folder". https://forums.opera.com/post/74727

At last the problem was resolved in build 26.0.1656.60 stable. Thanks to the developers... :party:

Passworddata files cant be saved by backup, they are bound/encrypted related to the Windows account of Opera user used before(!).

Sorry to say, you have to use a external password manager.
