Pinterest doesn't need Java. Are you talking about JavaScript? They are separate things.
You can change it yourself (mostly) if you wish; which colors need changed?

Java is no longer supported since a while. Other npapi is losing support too, not only in Opera but in all Chromium based browsers.
There are extensions that can do this.
